Paying for Wheatstone Academy
- Registration requires a $100 non-refundable deposit.
- The remaining $750 can be paid in increments of $25 or more in any convenient payment schedule until June 1st.
- Payment options include credit card, e-check, cash or check. Through UltraCamp, a schedule of automatic withdrawals can be set up online, to make monthly payments more convenient for families.

Support Letters
Wheatstone provides a sample support letter that students can personalize and send to church members, family, and friends. A sample letter is available for your use!
Student-lead Fundraisers
We encourage students to cooperate with each other to plan a car-wash, food sale, community yard sale, and many other ideas that can make a significant contribution to the program fees. Our staff has many ideas for such an event, and can help cater a strategy to particular students.
Church or School-Wide Fundraisers
Our fundraising dinner was a sterling success. Once the people in our church got a face-to-face explanation of
Wheatstone Academy from the faculty and staff, they were thrilled to contribute. And contribute they did; we raised well
over half the cost for each of our 15 students--in just one night!

Wheatstone Academy has sponsored very successful fundraising dinners in the past. If your organization qualifies, Wheatstone Academy will cover the expenses of the evening, and provide faculty and staff to present a compelling vision to your school or church, with students contributing by serving the meal. Some dinners in the past have covered over half of the fees for each student.
What does Wheatstone Academy do? We provide invitations for the students and the church to distribute. We pay for the meal and bring a faculty member to speak during dinner.
What does the hosting church do? Each student is responsible to fill a table with guests. A team of helpful church members may be willing to dinner for the 70+ guests. The students set up the tables and place settings, and serve the food.
Church or School-Matching Sponsorship
Wheatstone Academy will match a school or church contribution up to $200 per student. Ask your home church if they have funds available to support you.
Wheatstone Academy Sponsorships
Wheatstone Academy accepts applications for partial sponsorships, which are both need and merit-based, and range from $50 to $250. These are typically reserved for students with significant financial need, and those who demonstrate a strong desire to attend Wheatstone Academy.
